Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect both my time and the time of other clients, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows or appointments canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the service total.
• Clients who no-show or have multiple last-minute cancellations may be required to prepay in full when booking future appointments.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled, and the cancellation fee may still apply.
